Refund Policies @ The Olive Branch

In – Store Refund Policy:

Refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store no later than 21 days from the date of purchase. A copy of the original receipt is required with the product for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund in certain situations. No refunds on frozen or refrigerated items.

Online Website Purchase/Phone Purchases Refund Policy:

Refunds are provided for unopened/undamaged products returned to the store or mailed back no later than 21 days from the date of purchase. A copy of the original receipt is required with the return product for a refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund in certain situations. Please call the store at 330-477-7988 to give us a chance to remedy a situation before initiating a return.

If an online/Phone return is to be sent back to the store:

1. Please know that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2. Please package and fill box with filler or packing to prevent product damage in transit back to the store
3. Insure your package – (optional) Helpful Hint: Some shipping methods include free insurance with postage – check with your shipper to inquire about included insurance with your return shipment. Please understand that if a product(s) sent back to us are destroyed or damaged in transit without insurance is/are not applicable for a refund – NO Exceptions! Thank you for understanding.

5. Refunds that meet the criteria will have a 1-2 day wait time for internal processes, and refunds will be refunded back to the customer to the original payment method used within 3 business days.
